David Maye
BIO
David Maye lives and works in Vancouver, Canada (located within the shared, unceded, ancestral territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations). He studied at the Emily Carr College of Art and Design in the mid 1980s and has exhibited locally.
STATEMENT
Working primarily digital, my practice is centred on ideas of personal identity, memory and emotion, within a reductive aesthetic.
